Honestly I haven’t been exercising. I’ve only exercised on Saturday. I still haven’t found routine yet. As for eating, I really don’t even know. I’m still trying.

It’s my birthday =D I can’t believe how much time has passed. The big 20!!
So during finals week, I have to admit I slack off in my eating and exercise. I am back home now. I’m been throwing out old clothes and books and moving boxes and such. This should be considered cardio and strength training workout seriously. So this weekend I want to finish unpacking. Tomorrow I shall start back on my exercise and healthy food plan. Unfortunately I think I will have to stop with the Spring into Shape Bootcamp due to limited space. So I am looking for a new challenge and exercise routine.

It is finals week o.o Today I take my first 2 finals. I still managed to get some exercise in. I decided to just exercise in my room with Tiffany Rothe videos and Sparkpeople.com videos. It has worked out well. I do either 40mins to and 1hr. I’m currently not recording my calorie count. So I decided to start fresh when I get home. I wish all of my followers the best of luck in their weight loss journey and finals too (if you are a student) =D
